FALCON:

NEW BDL/FALCON SPC SECONDARY BELT
Belt Drives Limited recently announced that they are to be the exclusive distributor for the “FALCON SPC” (Sport Plus Carbon) drive belt.
This Goodyear designed product boasts up to 33% more tensile strength than conventional aramid –reinforced belts.
Additionally the high temperature rubber compound provides excellent flex, strength and service life while a pantented fabric-reinforced tooth surface can improve horsepower at the rear wheel, improve wear resistance and sustain belt-penetrating debris without breakage. BDL/FALCON SPC are available in popular application sizes including 1-1/2”, 1-1/8”, 1” and 20mm widths.
With the addition of the new FALCON SPC to their already expansive line of Gates and Carlisle Panther products,
BDL offers an unmatched line of superior quality primary and secondary drive belts.

GATES:

Gates Polychain Final Drive Belts are designed to be a quieter and smoother drive belt. The precision ground Neoprene rubber backing rejects abrasive wear and minimizes vibration. The Gates Polychain drive belt also features a tooth design that prevents air from being trapped between the belt and the pulley. Made in the U.S.A.

  • Precision ground Neoprene rubber backing, which rejects abrasive wear and allows less vibration
  • Tooth profile does not allow air to be trapped between the belt and the pulley
  • Provides a quieter and smoother performance
  • Made in the U.S.A.
Note: Using a belt width other than the manufactures suggested width could cause premature failure and result in damage to the machine or rider.

PANTHER:

Panther Final Drive Belts were developed to elevate the range of power transmission synchronous belts. Panther final drive belts feature a Reinforced Parabolic Profile (RRP) tooth design that help quiet the drive noise of the belt but also power transmission capability.

  • Developed to elevate the range of power transmission in synchronous belts
  • The reinforce parabolic profile (RPP) reduces synchronous drive noise, minimizes tooth jump and tooth shear, increases torque and power transmission capability, and improve meshing of the belt and sprocket
  • The premium compounds used in the RPP Panther provide a superb blend of belt strength and flexibility.
  • This combination assures maximum horsepower and energy efficient flex life
  • Utilizes a specially designed fiber cord to resist shock loads, maximize power transfer range, and assure straight line tracking in the sprocket
Note: Using a belt width other than the manufactures suggested width could cause premature failure and result in damage to the machine or rider.
